Custom Truck One Source has openings for technicians with background in aerial, construction equipment, and heavy & light duty trucks. They will be responsible up-fitting, repairing and customizing vehicles to customer specifications. He/she must be willing to learn and having a strong attendance record.


  • Create a safe working environment.

  • Building and Customizing aerial and heavy duty vehicles to customer specs.

  • Produce a quality product.

  • Ensure a timely turnaround of vehicles.

  • Communicate with parts department.


  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

  • Mechanical experience with aerial and heavy duty vehicles.

  • Must have your own tools

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong attendance record.

  • Must be able to work off a Repair Order.

  • Must be self-sufficient and driven.

  • Valid driver's license


  • Majority of work performed in a shop and outside

  • Ability to use carts, forklifts, hand truck, pallet, jack and equipment of such nature

  • Frequent lifting of 60-100 pounds

  • Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least 8 hours per day

  • Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes?


  • Based on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
