Maintenance Repair - Electrical & Mechanical (3rd shift)

Plan, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of electrical equipment and controls pertaining to production machinery and facilities, including motors, relays, circuit breakers, CNC machine controls, heat treat controls and systems, alarm, data and communication systems. Diagnose problems, replace or repair worn or defective parts and prepare wiring diagrams. Able to perform the repair and maintenance functions detailed in repair and maintenance mechanical as well.
1. Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical, electrical/electronic controls, machines, equipment and systems including pneumatic and hydraulic devices.
2. Install and connect machinery, equipment, computers and other systems.
3. Install and maintain infrastructure systems: HVAC, lighting, power, data, communication, etc.
4. Program PLC"S, process controls and other controllers.
5. Perform mechanical repairs as needed.
6. Assist other maintenance people as required.
7. Keep work area clean and orderly (5S)
8. Adhere to all standard operating procedures
9. Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure personal safety as well as safety of co-workers...
10. Complete all required paperwork accurately.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
1. Lifting up to a maximum of 40 lbs.
2. Occasional bending and lifting at the knees.
3. Twisting frequently at waist and shoulder levels.
4. Standing continuously.
5. Frequent reaching out in front of body.
6. Capable of wearing safety glasses with permanent side shields at all times.
7. Capable of wearing steel-toed safety shoes at all times.
8. Capable of wearing other PPE as required.
9. Work may be repetitive in nature.
10. Visual acuity to read directions and prints and to inspect parts closely to ensure meet specifications.
11. Manual dexterity sufficient to perform assembly work.
1. High School Diploma or GED. Trade education preferred.
2. Minimum five years experience.
3. Solid CNC system and component knowledge and experience.
4. Broad PC experience including PLC and process controls, including programming.
5. Experience with data and communication equipment.
6. Capable of driving all fork trucks including reach and platform.
7. Able to read and write circuit diagrams and document changes to existing diagrams.
8. Must have good communication skills.
9. Ability to perform to verbal instructions, as well as read/interpret all assembly documents
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
11. Ability to train others.
Typical manufacturing setting with moveable, mechanical parts and/or equipment.
Normal manufacturing shop elements regarding temperatures (no air conditioning so warmer in summer months and cooler in winter months), dust, and noise levels (within required limits).
Occasional work in elevated temperatures (Heat Treat) and outside during inclement weather.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
