Human Resources Manager

JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Manager will provide a broad range of HR support with business objectives, strategic goals, and Human Resources initiatives in our Upper Midwest Region. The HR Manger will proactively partner with managers to achieve organizational objectives. The HR Manager will perform a diverse range of assignments including benefits, systems, training, performance management, employee relations, and other special projects as assigned. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Oversees and administers various human resources plans, procedures and activities for all local personnel. Works with the Human Resources Team to deliver on benefits, compensation, talent management, performance & development, training and workforce planning strategies to address the current and future needs of the business. Coaches and consults with management, providing Human Resources guidance when appropriate .o Create an environment of positive employee relations, keeps confidentiality, establishes trust and credibility, seen by employees as approachable and fair. Provides support to employees in all phases of Workforce Planning including recruitment, pre-employment, onboarding activities. Identifies training needs and recommends training programs as needed. Supports, investigates and properly applies UOS policies and practices. Ensures compliance with all governmental rules and regulations. Performs other duties as required and assigned. Positive and enthusiastic attitude and good work ethic. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: o Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Business preferred or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR role. Knowledge and comfort of use utilizing various HRIS systems. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. oExcellent project management skills and self-motivated. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to multiple locations within the region. 1255

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
