Starting pay of $19.
62 per hour.
This position will work approximately 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Schedule is based on facility needs at time of hire.

Wisconsin residency is required for LTE positions.
No more than 1039 hours may be worked in a 12-month year.
SWC is licensed and certified as an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IDD).

Position Summary This position supports the training program.
Work includes maintaining a training database, preparing materials, communicating with staff and supervisors, etc.
Salary Information The starting pay is $19.
62 per hour.
Pay for current or former state employees will be set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction.
This position is classified as an Office Operations Associate and is in pay schedule and range is 02/10.
Job Details All applicants who may be appointed to this position will be required to allow DHS to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.
DHS does not sponsor work visas for this position, thus, in compliance with federal law, selected candidates will be required to verify eligibility to work in the United States by completing the required I-9 form upon hire.
Qualifications Minimally qualified applicants will have the following:
Experience providing customer service (e.
g.
, providing information, answering questions, etc.
) to internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person.
It'd be great if you also have at least one of the following:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software to create documents, maintain spreadsheets and trackers, etc.
Experience performing administrative support in an office setting such as creating reports, typing memos and documents, verifying data in computer system, taking meeting minutes, making copies, scanning documents, etc.
